- This is an exciting open-ended role with the Dow North America!
- The Business Process Specialist (BPS) provides expertise and services for the maintenance of Material Master and Business Hierarchy.
- $18-$21/hr. payrate commensurate with experience!
- Remote currently and return to the office when the new normal presents itself. Candidates in commutable distance to Midland MI to be onsite.
- Our ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
- Prioritize service requests and resolve support issues based on service level agreements.
- Perform root cause investigation (RCI) and recommend decisions for corrective actions or enhancement requirements.
- Build a team environment, collaborate and provide support to business and functional stakeholders.
- Deliver training to EDM's key business and functional stakeholders.
- Provide analytical and conceptual skills to enable problem solving.
- Take ownership of the support issues to drive resolution and ensure corrective action has taken place.
