Design Release Engineer – Interior (Cockpit Consoles and Door Systems)

Segula Technologies is hiring a Design Release Engineer (DRE) specializing in Interior Cockpit Consoles and Door Systems.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the design, release, and validation of interior trim systems with a focus on console and door systems. This role requires ownership of the complete product lifecycle — from concept through production — ensuring all components meet functional, quality, cost, and timing objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, validation, and release of console and door system componentsManage component specifications, interface requirements, and system integration constraints.Ensure all components meet vehicle-level performance, craftsmanship, and quality standards.Develop and maintain Design Verification Plans & Reports, (DVPRs) and coordinate validation testingConduct DFMEA reviews, manage engineering changes, design documentation in TeamcenterSupport prototype builds, pre-production, and launch activities, resolving issues in real time.Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing, quality teams to ensure design feasibility and readiness
