- Ensure accurate inclusion of current & future one-time and reoccurring CTO costs into ICT Business Cases
- Act as a liaison between ICT Application teams and CTO Delivery organizations for issue management and escalation.
- Gather complete business requirements for CTO projects.
- Execute the CTO communication plan to the ICT team, including delivery of standardized reporting/ status, CTO performance and fully transparent visibility to technology standards.
- Understand ICT application portfolio and roadmap to provide training to and answer questions from teammates.
- Help identify, prioritize and create new CTO standard service catalog offering to facilitate simplified interaction between ICT and CTO teams.
- Work with ADM teams to complete Demand Assessment and prioritization of new requests.
- Providing both strategic and tactical project management to business and ICT stakeholders, with ultimate ownership of the project

- Leading the development of business cases ensuring an accurate and thorough message, facilitating the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, budget and resource requirements
- Management, Finance, Purchasing and Vendor Management as applicable
- Holding resources accountable for deliverables, quality, and due dates, escalating as appropriate and necessary
- Proactively and effectively managing project risk
- Adhering to the project management methodology as mandated while providing guidance on industry best practices, tools and process improvements
- Conflict resolution
- Controlling project to mitigate scope, budget, schedule variance while employing methods to provide corrective actions as required
- Mentoring and directing the actions of other team members
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3-5 years of business analyst experience, hands-on managing medium to large-scale, cross-functional, business focused projects
- Minimum 3 years business analyst experience in a technology organization
- Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills with an ability to interact with all levels of the organization in a professional, diplomatic and tactful manner
- Must possess the ability to effectively liaise between the Business and ICT
- Strong knowledge of software development processes and life cycles in collaboration with the project management life cycle
- Ability to maintain continuous alignment of project scope with business, schedule, technical and financial objectives
- Ability to make recommendations to modify program in ways that maximize effectiveness and success
- Ability to lead other team members with CTO and ADM areas to establish processes and ensure successful completion of projects.
- A consultative team player that can assess conflicting view points and opinions but has an ability to rationally assess alternatives and clearly articulate recommendations to management.
