Stellantis is seeking a passionate, energetic and results oriented person to work in the IT Supply Chain Management (SCM) area. This person will be considered as application subject matter experts in providing technical guidance and application capabilities. This role builds a bridge between business and application development teams by translating business requirements into functional and technical artifacts. They must be able to assess the business, understand their processes and note the basic requirements of that area at that given time. Using their skilled knowledge in application development, they will work with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document (through requirements/user stories), communicate, validate, and implement application changes and updates. Also, this person will be working closely with business partners to develop user stories in a DevOps/Agile environment, managing and refining the product backlog for continued development, leading the investigations on operational and data issues between upstream and downstream processes/systems and working closely with AMS Supplier Partners providing production support and overseeing the day to day operations ensuring SLA's / KPI's are met. This individual thrives in an environment of innovation that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication. This individual should have a passion for understanding and defining the needs and behaviors of business customers and key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional requirements that serve the needs of our customers.
