DescriptionJr. CRM Engineer/ Jr. Salesforce DeveloperRoles Summary:The Sr. Marketing Engineer leads in the development of The CRM Developer is a resource that is leveraged for the development of brand owner and prospect marketing programs. This resource has specific technical knowledge on how to program the business requests coming from the brand marketing and owner communication teams. Under the leadership of the Marketing Services Team Lead, this resource codes and releases owner and prospect marketing programs for according to the business requirements of the customer. This individual also acts as an interface to the brand customer providing technical insight into the development of their programs.Day-to-day job duties:Marketing Service Requests:- Campaign Support e.g., elicit, interpret, and document marketing campaign goals and data needs, develop SQL programs to extract customer data, develop marketing campaign components in Salesforce Marketing Cloud using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Advertising Studio and Social Studio
- Serve as Salesforce functional subject matter expert and Map business requirements into native salesforce functionality and provide best practice guidance regarding configuration vs. customization.
- Data Handling e.g., Ensure that the privacy and security policies regarding customer data are observed, data cleansing
- CRM Project SME e.g., participate as a CRM SME on CRM related projects
- Process Improvement e.g., automate ongoing tasks where possible
- Track campaign metrics including, sends, click through rates, and other measures using both Exact Target and google analytics along with excel; building dashboards to present analytics to company stakeholders.
- Use Informatica Cloud Services to extract data from Hive systems and load into Salesforce.
- Use Informatica Cloud Real-time to load into Salesforce to Data Lake.
