NVH Engineer

We are seeking a skilled NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) Engineer to lead and support NVH activities across propulsion systems, including conventional and electrified systems. The ideal candidate will ensure NVH assessments are effectively integrated into program designs and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve vehicle NVH targets.Key Responsibilities:Lead NVH activities for propulsion systems (conventional and/or electrified) across all assigned programs.Ensure NVH assessments are conducted at each program gate, engaging release teams, and implementing NVH enablers into final designs.Support NVH integration of propulsion systems into vehicles to meet NVH targets.Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations for management reviews.Act as a liaison between the Propulsion System and Vehicle organizations regarding NVH attributes at a system level.
