- Maintain a profound understanding of business strategies and processes, and their associated applications

- Direct oversight of large scale SAP implementations
- Align on key IT objectives for SAP implementations and confirm overall program expectations with key executives.
- Analyzes business scenarios and strategies, develop internal proposals and plans, obtains executive approvals and communicates organizational direction.
- Develops initial detailed cost and schedule for setting up project/program
- Works with functional organizations to evaluate the impact of proposed business process changes.
- Identifies the key decision makers, stakeholders and their expectations and interests.
- Tracks contribution of each project to the consolidated budget, schedule and benefits.
- Manages risks and issues needing resolution at the project/program level.
- Applies sound business judgment to overcome program difficulties with schedule, cost and quality.
- 10+ years' experience with SAP solutions (Sales & Distribution, Material Management, Warehouse Management, Finance)
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management
- 10+ years' experience in leading SAP Projects/Programs
- 8-10 years business experience working with senior business and IT executives
- 5 -7 years of supervisory experience
- 5 -7 years of developing Enterprise SAP strategy
- 3-5 years' experience with Logistics Business (OEM Parts Logistics is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems - required
- Master's degree - desired
