The Connected Services Systems Integration Team leader is responsible for the collaboration on design, resolving implementation gaps, functional test and issue resolution of connected system components, sub-systems and features at automotive level quality and within predetermined timing milestones. This function requires to be an experienced working in a multi-level, matrixed organization, including demonstrating the following abilities: Setting vision, developing and implementing execution plans, team leadership and accountability, time management, managing to plan, developing talent, coaching, delegating and conflict resolution and effective problem solving. The Candidate will need to have a deep knowledge of the Stellantis EE development process and a 5 or more years of experience in an EE department, with focus on Infotainment or Connectivity as well as a deep understanding of the organizations involved in the development process is (e.g. Product planning, MOPAR, Quality, all the Vehicle platform organization) and 5 years of activities in ex-FCA on program development for Infotainment or Connected system. The Candidate will also have skills in team leading, activities prioritization, activity allocation, reporting, escalation management along with 10 years of experience working in large organizations.

The Connected Services Systems Integrator responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Identify opportunities for quality and productivity improvement and implement appropriate initiatives, demonstrate leadership in not just finishing the tasks but removing technical impediments for the team members
  • Communicate technical project status to management and key stakeholders
  • Work with other departments and existing teams to develop project and technical controls and standards that will enhance the effectiveness of the organization's project execution processes (phase gate process)
  • In collaboration with business unit leaders, provide technical leadership and direction to different component and software engineering teams to prioritize projects, enable effective change and align system initiatives to the organization's strategic goals
  • Work closely with the Component Development teams, technical Managers and Product Owners to review the business requirements, and decipher the design details for the solution
  • Align stakeholder input on design direction to ensure solution robustness through process such as DFMEA Interface with Systems engineering to ensure software requirements are documented appropriately and analyzed prior to systems design and implementation
  • Provide oversight and direction in the development of the final product, including the vision, objectives, and capabilities for each team in a cross functional matrix organization
