- Implementation and coordination of all patient care programs
- Coordination and supervision of care to clients during benefit period
- Staff Education and Training related to clinical practice, regulations, and reimbursement
- Standards of Performance for Branch Operations
- Current License as a Registered Nurse
- COVID vaccination required
- 3-4 years of RN experience in a clinical setting, hospice or home care preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills
- Ability to lead and carry a caseload when necessary
