NOW HIRING Great opportunity to be a part of history and work in a clean manufacturing environment. Production Technicians for 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:30pn) on a 7 day on / 2 day off rotational schedule based out of the Kalamazoo, MI area. Technicians are responsible for filling injectable drug product into primary containers on a production line.

This job includes the following functions:

Processing of hazardous and non-hazardous drug products, basic computer skills and physical material handling.
Contractors are expected to share best practices with contractors on their shift, and across shifts.
Technicians will be working in a team environment and must demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma / general education degree (GED) and 6 months related experience or military experience or an associate degree.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in handling and manufacturing of Drug Product, Biologic Drug Substance, and/or Chemical Processing.
Previous experience in Drug Product Manufacturing, Biologic Drug Substance Manufacturing, and/or Chemical Processing highly desired, but not required.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

Job tasks may include frequent bending, lifting, and twisting motions. Ability to stand upright for several consecutive hours.
Absence of any medical restrictions which could restrict completion of all required duties.
