Messaging Engineering Specialist:
Engineer, test, and integrate High Availability eMail Enterprise solution including eMail Gateway solution such as IceWarp Mirapoint and / or Cisco ESA Develop automation solution using Python and/or BASH scripts Participate in architecting eMail Gateway solutions Maintain development lab and QA infrastructure for testing OS patches, Supporting component patches, and configuration changes Provide 2nd and 3rd level support troubleshoot and resolve operations issues escalated by L2 operations team Skills Required: IceWarp Mirapoint or Cisco ESA expertise 5 years of enterprise work experience implementing and supporting these solutions BASH and/or Python scripting expertise Sound knowledge of Linux Servers and network infrastructure email flow troubleshooting experience Quick learner and team player Good written and oral communications Experience Preferred: M365 / Exchange Online working knowledge Education Required: B.S.
