Position Description:Mobility Platform & Products and GDIA are challenging, high priority, and high visibility portfolios providing the services that underpin the client, and numerous other forward-facing initiativesPlatforms are primarily cloud-based, utilizing Azure (PaaS and IaaS) and Pivotal Cloud Foundry architectureThese platforms further depend on integrations outside of and within the client stack, spanning PD, MFG, GDIA, MS&S, client's Credit, external service providers, and beyondThe First Responders MPP team provides support for the Product Teams in these portfoliosThe users of these services include internal stakeholders, manufacturing plants, and most importantly real the client's customersThe performance of this suite of applications directly affects the client brand; a fanatical dedication to customer centricity is a must for any applicantThis portfolio has also pioneered the movement to a Product Driven Organization within the client ITThis role will continue that journey for both our existing Connected Vehicle and GDIA portfolios as well as newly on-boarded applications Position Qualifications:1-2 years of operations experienceStrong technical skills, ability to learn quicklyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to take accountability, solve the problem, and learn from mistakesAbility to thrive in a constantly changing environmentExtreme dedication to customer serviceFlexible to shift schedules

Responsibilities include:Run and protect a growing portfolio of Connected Vehicle and GDIA applicationsTriage of high-priority incidentsSupport transition of traditional AM applications into First Responders/PDO modelCoordinate day-to-day workflow of the global operations teamBecome a technical expert in Connected Vehicle and cloud technologies, leading and educating the team by exampleMonitor applications and ensure tickets are actioned diligently with a focus on pro-active resolutionEnsure knowledge artifacts are created and maintained for the portfolioThis includes knowledge articles, post mortems, and general trainingManage communications with senior management within both IT and our many stakeholders and partnersEnsure strong Incident and Problem governanceWork with the Operations Engineering team to further enhance tooling and automation for common failure cases Education Required:Bachelor degree Who We AreThe Stefanini Group is a global provider of offshore, onshore, and nearshore outsourcing, IT digital consulting, systems integration, application, and strategic staffing services to Fortune 1000 enterprises around the world.
