- This role requires a Big Data Hadoop Developer.
- The candidate must be detail oriented, creative technologist, comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, entrepreneurial environment, manage and prioritize competing demands, and work with multiple customers while incrementally building the next generation of products.
Skills Required: - Strong experience with acceptance testing practices / methodologies
- Demonstrated experience working as a tester and leading acceptance testing initiatives
- Knowledge of test automation including Test Driven Development (TDD), JENKINS Plug ins, SELENIUM, developing/executing test scripts and analyzing results
- Proficient in designing and developing data quality and validation routines
- Experience coding in PySpark, PYTHON. Develop Shell scripts and Oozie workflows.
- Ability to write SQL queries needed to query and analyze data
- Knowledge of data transfer and ingestion technologies including (Sqoop, SQL, Teradata, Oracle, Hadoop, Alteryx, etc.)
- Knowledge of different database technologies including Big Data / Hadoop (HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Shark, Spark, HBASE, PIG etc.), RDBMS and NoSQL.
- Knowledge of high-level programming skills including JavaScript and Node js
- Knowledgeable of Hadoop ecosystem, APIs and its components
Education Required: - Computer science or related
