Job descriptionPosition Description:
- Develop skills to operate as a servant leader in service to the teams needs.
- Supports the team in practicing Agile principles.
- Assists the Product Owner(s) in managing the backlog to ensure it is properly prioritized.
- Coordinates or facilitates all agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, planning meetings, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos).
- Tracks and communicates agile metrics (such as team velocity and sprint progress/burn down chart) to team, management and any impacted stakeholders.
- Helps to identify, remove and/or escalate risks, roadblocks, and cross team dependencies that are unresolvable by the team and interfere with the teams ability to deliver commitments.
- Assists team in using metrics and other artifacts to identify potential items for continuous improvement.
- Participates in Scrum of Scrums.
- Understanding of Agile Principles and how they-re applied to workplace culture
- Comfortable working and facilitating Agile and Waterfall project management
- Good communication, team dynamics, conflict resolution, and mentoring skills
- Previous experience with scrum management
- Knowledge of Application Lifestyle Management (ALM) tools
- 2+ years of relative work experience
- 2+ years of project management experience Experience working in a Scrum environment
- Bachelors Degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
- Understanding/experience with BI/advanced analytics tools
- Experience with the Rally or similar Agile PM tools
