Position Description:The Software Development Ecosystem (SDE) team is seeking a DevOps Engineer to provide SonarQube configuration and administration expertiseThe candidate will be an SME assisting application teams who develop software as they incorporate code quality analysis and dependency/binary management into their CI/CD pipelinesThe candidate is a seasoned DevOps Engineer with specialized knowledge in all stages of software development, particularly Code, Build, and ReleaseThe candidate should be capable of quickly understanding application teams' needs and take the lead in streamlining and configuring their development workflow with respect to facilitating the integration of SonarQube into their pipelines, NexArtifactory is a plusThe position demands collaboration on SonarQube and Nexus related community communication channels Skills Required:A significant understanding of the software development process including concepts requiring tooling such as SCM, SDKs, Testing tools, etc.Designing, building, and implementing cross-tool integrations to ensure a seamless continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) experience3 years of experience in Configuring and Administration of SonarQube at an enterprise levelDesigning & architecting the SonarQube installation, configuration, maintenance, and deploying fixes/patchesAdministration of SonarQube servers with respect to plug-ins, upgrades, and disaster recovery activitiesResponsible for assisting app teams in integrating SonarQube with various CI tools, e.g. Jenkins, Tekton, uBuild, CircleCI, and ConcourseProgramming languages and technologies such as Groovy, Python, and shell scriptsDevSecOps, Automated Test Frameworks, CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Tekton, source code repositories such as GitHub, and build tools such as GradleMonitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Graphite, and GrafanaContainer orchestration platforms such as OpenShift, VM platforms including Unix and WindowsConceptual understanding of security, monitoring, tuning, logging, configuration, load balancing, availability, and resiliency Skills Preferred:Administration of NexArtifactory servers with respect to plug-ins, upgrades, and disaster recovery activitiesResponsible for assisting app teams in integrating NexArtifactory with various CI tools, e.g. Jenkins, Tekton, uBuild, CircleCI, and Concourse

Experience Required:Resolves SonarQube trouble-shooting issues, such as client/server, application/database, network, storage, installation issues, and all-around Application usability issuesDevelops processes and improvements around toolsetsAssists the end-user community by providing tool trainingWorks with teams to troubleshoot, monitor, and support tuning of CI/CD pipelinesDevelops guides and best practices teams can follow when building and running the CI/CD systemWorks closely with PCF Dev Enablement, Web & Mobile Dev Enablement, SonarSource vendor teams to gain expertise in relevant technologies and better assist application teamsImproves continuous integration tooling by automating manual processes (e.g. provisioning) within the delivery pipeline and improving quality gates based on past learningsExperiments with new technologies and tools in the DevOps space and develops POCs, documenting and recommending changes to the CI/CD patternsIs an active participant in all team agile ceremonies:Backlog Refinement/PlanningStand-upsRetrospectives Experience Preferred:Resolves NexArtifactory trouble-shooting issues, such as CaaS, Google Cloud Platform, application/database, network, storage, installation issues, and all-around Application usability issues Education Required:5+ years of industry experience or BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Network & Systems Administration, Electrical Engineering, or Software Engineering Who We AreThe Stefanini Group is a global provider of offshore, onshore, and nearshore outsourcing, IT digital consulting, systems integration, application, and strategic staffing services to Fortune 1000 enterprises around the world.
