DevOps Engineer with Cloud Experience (PCF / Azure / AWS)

.Please note that this project assignment is with our own direct clients. We do not go through any vendors. STG only does business with direct end-clients. This is expected to be a long-term position. STG will provide immigration and permanent residency sponsorship assistance to those candidates who need it.

Position Description:

Desired Skills:

Experience with CI/CD and automation tools such as Gradle, Jenkins, Concourse, Circle CI or similar
Scripting skills- Shell Scripting, Ruby, Python, Node.js or similar tools
Experience in automating release & build processes
Experience with high availability infrastructure
Working knowledge of GitHub or similar source control repositories
Understanding/deploying to cloud environments – PCF/ Azure etc.
Android Mobile App knowledge / experience
Knowledge of Java development using Eclipse, IntelliJ, or similar IDE

Nice to have Skills:

Data Structures, Data Modeling, RDBMS
Good Mac/OSX knowledge

Additionally, a strong candidate will have:

Strong desire to automate, and self-service DevOps services
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to the details.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities
Ability to work independently, learn quickly and take initiative when solving unexpected problems
