Job Description: Global L1+ provide the production and on call support for multiple enterprise applications like BTR SAP NA, OWS suite of applications, Global diagnostics suite of applications and few legacy applications like Gcat, HVBM etc. Regular tasks include production and on call support for enterprise applications. Follow and execute the IT processes including Application Monitoring, Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Management, and Security Management for the supported applications. In addition, this team will be required to interface regularly with the cross functional teams like DBA, ITO, infrastructure architects to ensure the smooth applications operations.

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Resolve incidents, manage changes, and monitor change implementation in the production environment
Proactively monitor performance and research root cause of performance deviations
Provide on call support
Perform analysis on customer requests and maintain proper communication with the business
Coordinate the incident resolution with cross functional teams (DBA, ITO, Plant, Business)
Complete incident management report and action items to prevent similar incidents for future
Release coordination with PDO teams
Development of JAVA code and API

Skills:

3+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer
Experience (Java, Spring Boot, PCF, etc.)
Experience with JavaScript and frontend React or Angular
Experience with automated tools such as Selenium, ReactJS, and Python
Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Jenkins
JAVA/J2EE Development
Experience in development and working with REST APIs

Education:

Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience
