- Act as the single point of contact for assigned tools.
- Participate in and/or lead development of requirements, user story development, use cases, and test cases.
- Work with Architects and Technical Anchors on solution design.
- ACQUIRE, INSTALL, CONFIGURE: Work with IT Operations (ITO), IT Engineering and Business Customers to install, configure, test and maintain various Informatica Tools.
- Participate and/or lead incident, problem, change and service request related activities. Includes incident, problem, change, and service request management.
- Includes root cause analysis (RCA).
- Includes participation in stand-up operations meetings.
- Includes proactive problem management / defect prevention activities.
- Experience in installing, configuring or supporting following Informatica components (versions 10.4.1 and above) in the Linux environment and running Informatica jobs on Cloudera CDP platform.
- Data Engineering Integration (DEI) & Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC) PLEASE NOTE that client is looking at candidates that specifically have experience in the DEI and EDC Tools.
- Experience in configuring Informatica components to work with Cloudera Hadoop Distribution.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis.
- Experience with Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems.
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with multiple teams.
