Connectivity Cloud Delivery is seeking a Java Software Engineer to define, develop, launch and support connected vehicle features globally.
As a Java Software Engineer, you will be responsible for production support of current features, enablers in the Connectivity Cloud Delivery ecosystem.

Primary Responsibilities:

Development, testing, deployment and maintenance of Vehicle Data Definition Services and Common Vehicle Data Access
Maintaining open requirements issue list, review, track and report on progress and status in the project management tools e.g. JIRA
Establishment and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators for assigned features
Create test plans, reports and manuals Triage application issues during different phases of the project

Technical Skills Required:

Java, Spring-Boot, Restful Webservice, S3 Storage, JUnit, Mockito, WireMock Databases - JPA, Hibernate, SQL and NoSQL Databases CICD - GitHub, Jenkins, Database Migrations Front-End, Angular, React Test-Driven-Development, Pair-programming, Code-Reviews PCF, AWS, Azure

Minimum Requirements:

BS in Software Engineering or Computer Science or strongly related discipline.
3 to 5 years of software engineering or software development experience, preferably in a related field.
3 years of experience in development and Java Enterprise concepts
Maintain and improve codebase, software tools, documentation, technician instructions, report generation pipeline, and tracking databases.
3 years of Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring JDBC, Spring Cloud experience
2 years of experience with Test Driven Development and Agile Methodologies

Skills Required:

Java, Spring-Boot, RestfuWebservice, S3 Storage, JUnit, Mockito, WireMock
Databases - JPA, Hibernate, SQL and NoSQL Databases
CICD - GitHub, Jenkins, Database Migrations

Experience Preferred:

Knowledge of vehicle to cloud connectivity or knowledge of Internet of Things.
