- Track and analyze projects’ performance, expenditures, procurement and report about any possible or current blockers, risks, overflows, deficits
- Produce reports used to drive project status and portfolio review meetings.
- Responsible for collecting project information, applying tools, and coordinating the day-to-day steps of the portfolio management process.
- Identify any improvement in existing processes needed to support project/program/portfolio management.
- Facilitate project/program/portfolio review of key projects/programs
- Create portfolio and budget health charts
- Submit/Track purchase orders/invoices
- Submit/Track department material purchases/receivables and reconcile monthly material expense report
- Ability to develop training material and deliver training on use of project/portfolio management processes/tools.
- Work with resource management on resource planning, availability and allocation according to projects timeline.
- Manage department SharePoint and Technology Integrator websites.
- Assemble, track, and maintain department headcount, financial, expenditures, and test vehicle budgets.
- Manage respective meeting agendas (plan, schedule, coordinate)
- Coordinate benchmarking vehicles and events.
- Implements and maintains the necessary controls and procedures to cost-effectively protect information systems assets from intentional or inadvertent modification, disclosure, or destruction.
- Update/Maintain department org charts, open position tracking/hiring status
- Advanced Excel skills
- 3-5 years of portfolio administration experience
- Knowledge of MS SharePoint administration is a plus
- Previous work as a portfolio administrator within a PMO is a plus.
- Experience with project/portfolio management software applications is a plus.
- Leadership skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Experienced user of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
