NO C2CModis is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join a Fortune 500 Automotive Company!Skills Required:
  • Track and analyze projects’ performance, expenditures, procurement and report about any possible or current blockers, risks, overflows, deficits
  • Produce reports used to drive project status and portfolio review meetings.
  • Responsible for collecting project information, applying tools, and coordinating the day-to-day steps of the portfolio management process.
  • Identify any improvement in existing processes needed to support project/program/portfolio management.
  • Facilitate project/program/portfolio review of key projects/programs
  • Create portfolio and budget health charts
  • Submit/Track purchase orders/invoices
  • Submit/Track department material purchases/receivables and reconcile monthly material expense report
  • Ability to develop training material and deliver training on use of project/portfolio management processes/tools.
  • Work with resource management on resource planning, availability and allocation according to projects timeline.
  • Manage department SharePoint and Technology Integrator websites.
  • Assemble, track, and maintain department headcount, financial, expenditures, and test vehicle budgets.
  • Manage respective meeting agendas (plan, schedule, coordinate)
  • Coordinate benchmarking vehicles and events.
  • Implements and maintains the necessary controls and procedures to cost-effectively protect information systems assets from intentional or inadvertent modification, disclosure, or destruction.
  • Update/Maintain department org charts, open position tracking/hiring status
Experience Required:
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • 3-5 years of portfolio administration experience
  • Knowledge of MS SharePoint administration is a plus
  • Previous work as a portfolio administrator within a PMO is a plus.
  • Experience with project/portfolio management software applications is a plus.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Experienced user of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
