Qualifications:

Should have hands-on Techno-functional Configurations skills of
Kinaxis Rapid Response
Business process functional knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply planning and Inventory optimization techniques and Constraint Based Planning
Overall 10 to 15 years of overall experience in Solutions for Supply Chain Management
In last 4 years, should have strong Configuration, Authoring & Implementations in Sales & Operation Planning modules of Kinaxis Rapid Response
Strong customer facing skills articulating solution recommendations
Hands on creating various Requirement gathering, Functional process and Design documents
Strong presentations skills across global customer groups
Automotive/Discrete manufacturing exposure is an added advantage

Technical skills:

Ability to handle leading ERP/Supply chain tools like Kinaxis Rapid Response,
Hands-on in Rapid Response Configuration of RR resources, Workbooks, Scorecards, Dashboards & Alerts in Rapid Response based on user requirements
Advanced Configuration, Design and Development of Workbooks, Worksheet, Automation chains, Filters and Alerts
Creating Kinaxis Scripts and Forms to workflow implementation
Good hands on experience on configuring S&OP Data Model, Data Integration, Data Source and Mapping, Data change Alerts and Data Transfer Client
Configured various Control tables, Customizing tables to business needs
