Skills Required:

Team with HR and technology professionals, and/or third-party applications to implement technology solutions.
Support Oracle HCM initiatives in Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management and / or learning.
Demonstrate ability as a self-starter to research, trouble shoot, prototype, configure and implement software.
Interact and communicate effectively with management.
