Job Description: The Data and Analytics group and Consent Product Line is interested in Product Manager who embody agile programming practices. Responsibilities:- Work with Product Owners and key team members to set strategy, define the product roadmap, and convey that to development team while adhering to agile software principles, culture, best practices and techniques
- Collaborate with members of the Product Team to define specs, requirements, and acceptance criteria for deliverables
- Ensure the backlog is populated with enough prioritized user stories for the team to plan the next PI.
- Responsible for coordinating the team activities from a day-to-day assignment and delivery perspective to deliver effectively and drive for continuous improvement
- Be responsible for outcomes by setting clear goals and measuring key results
- Handle and Communicate dependencies across products and product lines
- Responsible to Identify risks, impediments and dependencies. Implements mitigation and contingency plans to support team"s delivery
- Responsible for supervising core delivery metrics (SDPI) and operational metrics
- Promote the Agile principles and Facilitates Team"s ceremonies Including Iteration planning, PI planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and daily standups.
- Fosters open and frequent communication and collaboration with the Product Team
- Help partners understand our iterative development approach
- Innovate and iterate on Agile PM processes and share our findings
- Promote best practice sharing and process consistency within the product portfolio and other GDIA products
