Feel free to contact me - SHEILLA ARCEO or No C2C Position Description: The Product Manager will coordinate a Product Team of 7 individuals (1 Product Designer and 6 Software Engineers)
Responsibilities include:Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adoption of agile practices by the Product teamCollaborate with Product Owner to establish product strategy and ensure Product team understand strategyTranslate product road map into manageable product features in the backlogCoordinate with Product Designer to create User Stories including acceptance criteriaUnderstand business priorities and technical feasibility in order to prioritize the product backlog and manage riskEnsure backlog is populated with enough prioritized user stories that are ready to be estimated for future iterationsLead customer feedback activities to drive improvements and refine product roadmapContinuously monitor iteration status and overall product direction to meet business objectives and timingActively manage features and dependenciesCommunicate often and openly with Product team, interfacing teams, and managementRemove blockers to enable the Product team to build without impedimentIdentify risks and implements mitigation and contingency plans Skills Required:Minimum 4 years of experience as Product Manager or Project Manager delivering IT projectsAtleast 3 years of experience with Agile methodology Experience Preferred:Attention to detail and problem solving skillsSense of humor Education Required: Bachelor's Degree Who We Are The Stefanini Group is a global provider of offshore, onshore and near shore outsourcing, IT digital consulting, systems integration, application and strategic staffing services to Fortune 1000 enterprises around the world.
