Position Description:The Document Collaboration Services team provides end-to-end service support for the following customer-facing product offerings: Office 365 SharePoint and OneDrive, Microsoft 365 Power Suite (Apps, Automate, BI), and MS Forms This is an Operational Support position that involves:Interacting with end users; Internal Client employees and external partners (i.e. Suppliers and Dealers) to resolve incidents and requestsInteracting with Microsoft and other departmentsUnderstanding the customer's needs and technical components to solve their issue or provide alternative recommendations to guide them to the right solutionsCreating/maintaining support documentationTriaging end user ticketsContributing to creative service improvement ideasOccasionally participating in team pre-launch activities such as providing preliminary feedback or testingSkills Required:SharePoint Site Collection Administration ExperienceExperience in providing technical customer supportThe ability to document processes in order to create repeatable support processesStrong desire to help customers with technical issuesAbility to work well in a team environmentA thorough understanding and exposure to Azure and the full Office 365 suiteQuick learner, strong trouble-shooter, analytical and documentation skills Experience Required:Work experience supporting a substantial global environment3-5 years of technical experience with SharePoint Online/OneDrive2-3 years of technical experience with the Power Platform suite Education Required:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related IT field Who We AreThe Stefanini Group is a global provider of offshore, onshore, and nearshore outsourcing, IT digital consulting, systems integration, application, and strategic staffing services to Fortune 1000 enterprises around the world.
