- Able to work with Business teams/ Product owner to understand the business requirements, translate and develop linked visualizations, Develop new Pega workflows in Pega platform
- Able to understand business requirements and produce quick creative solutions with linked visualizations and conduct Pock for new Dashboards in Tableau/ Qlik Sense/ QlikView.
- Able to connect with live data from the Hadoop data sources to build the Dashboard in Tableau/ Qlik Sense/ QlikView.
- Able to work with IT Operations/shared service teams for developing and implementing solutions, conduct (UAT) user acceptance test, and provide the daily status.
- Able to work with Product owner, Product manager, Anchor in backlog grooming to create new features/ user stories in rally.
- Able to prioritize and work on multiple tasks involving with other multiple application teams simultaneously.
- Able to learn and implement the solutions with new technologies as per business requirement.
- Experience in application development and support.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with analytical tools, SQL queries and data mining.
- Understanding of SDM/Agile and experience using Rally.
- Good written/oral communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting to management.
- Drive for results, quality and process-driven approach.
- Self-starter and the ability to produce creative solutions
