Position Description:Lead Threat Assessments and help teams identify appropriate mitigations to secure new designs Identify vulnerabilities, assess impacts and likelihood, and communicate appropriate countermeasuresDevelop and mature processes to ensure a high level of cybersecurity assurance in automotive products and servicesDevelop an in-depth understanding of the client's connected vehicles from cloud to an embedded componentCollaborate with Product Development and Connected Systems professionals to understand their requirements and overall business needsCollaborate internally and externally to identify new and novel data sources and explore their potential use in developing impactful business insightWork with suppliers and product teams to foster the development of disturbing security work products Skills Required:4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, software, automotive, hardware, and/or embedded domains Skills Preferred:2+ years' experience programming in Python, Java or C, or other languagesUnderstanding of cybersecurity technologies

Experience Required:Experience leading system engineering trade-offs and guiding project, technical, and task leads Ability to communicate to executive-level management Experience Preferred:Experience with CAN Development tools, including but not limited to CANoe, Canalyzer, CANdelaStudio, DaVinci, or PREEVisionExperience in In-Vehicle Cybersecurity engineering and in-vehicle networks (CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet)Experience with Embedded Vehicle systems such as AutoSAR, IVI, or AndroidAutomotive networking, low-level networking, system on a chip, and cyber security around theseEmbedded sensors, AI, ML, data fusion for autonomous vehicles, and cyber security relevancyNetwork technologies and full stack cyber security concerns related to them (e.g. Bluetooth, wireless, cellular, UHF, UWBProficient with version control systems such as Git, as well as agile software development and DevOps toolsStrong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills and an ability to work in a collaborative team settingProject management skills, including identifying and scheduling process steps, determining resources and staff required to successfully complete research projects Education Required:Bachelors in CS/CSE/EE Education Preferred:Masters's Degree in accredited Cybersecurity Who We AreThe Stefanini Group is a global provider of offshore, onshore, and nearshore outsourcing, IT digital consulting, systems integration, application, and strategic staffing services to Fortune 1000 enterprises around the world.
