- Experience in project management and technical leadership (preferably with an Automotive OEM, Tier-1).
- Experience in management and execution of detailed release/resource planning, risk mitigation and engineering deliverables.
- Experience in working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience with MS Project, Jira, GitHub or equivalent tools.
- Should be able to develop documentation to support work processes, metrics, other key activities and communicates effectively.
- Experience in automotive/embedded domain
- Exposure to AUTOSAR and /or software verification/validation
- Exposure to Automotive Functional Safety ISO26262, FMEA, ASPICE
- Develop project work plan, project deliverables and delivery timelines with discussions with the customer and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a project timing plan showing all deliverables, and all significant project events and freeze dates.
- Establish a project PAT and maintain agenda and minutes for each meeting
- Responsible for ensuring that the assigned team is progressing to the defined project timeline and deliverables.
- Responsible for detailed workflow
- Lead the team in development of ECU feature implementation.
- Participate in Technical design reviews with OEM and Tier-1 and help in addressing issues.
- Resource planning and management.
- Manage issues in JIRA and lead teams in resolving any issues found during various phases of development.
- Managing repositories in GitHub
