Summary:The senior business analyst acts as a reference point for the global model design and its localization. This role is responsible for working with internal customers to determine business requirements, design appropriate solutions, perform SAP configuration, and perform functional testing. This role is the IT owner of end-to-end solutions and their implementations. This role must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to understand multiple business requirements from various business models and harmonize processes and configurations in a global model.

Requirements:• Participate in and drive business process discussions, define and deliver robust, end-to-end solutions.• Provide day-to-day user support for accounting, finance, and controlling users• Work as functional lead on multiple project activities• Ensures the configuration/ development and realization of solution components within sub-domain/ module are fit for purpose and of appropriate quality on all project engagements and are delivered on time against stated project plans and scope.• Engage and communicate with key user groups through forums and other means to discuss future sub-domain/ module issues and opportunities and proactively contributes to the setting of the sub-domain area direction and strategy.• Drive effective delivery and adoption of solutions in a highly customized environment that requires a flexible approach to combining solutions of both system and business processes.

Knowledge and Experience•

8 plus years of FICO experience with at least 2 full systems implementation lifecycles.• At least 5 plus years of FI-AR-AP-New GL, CO-Product costing design, implementation, and support experience.• Completed solution configuration for all areas of own FI/CO sub-domain.• Skills required for this role include FI, CO, PS, AR, AP, GL, variance calculations, COPA, Intercompany, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Cost Center Assessments, and Distributions. Experience with Material Ledger (Split valuation & Costing) is a plus.• Deep experience in SAP Finance and CO specialized in Product Costing SAP ECC 6.0• Complete process understanding of the overall perspective of Product Costing – Cost Components, variance analysis, COPA, costing sheets, and costing variants.• Broad understanding of business processes and solutions and a solid understanding of how SAP and various technologies are utilized within the FI/CO area.• Excellent analytical, business writing, presentation, and facilitation skills.• Project Systems (PS) configuration and/or support experience is preferred.• Experience in SAP integration during M & A and Roll Outs is preferred.• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required• Master’s degree preferred
