Minimum Qualifications?
  • 1 year of experience with communications, education/training, or marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, education/training, or marketing or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to commit to deadlines and juggle multiple workstreams
  • Experience with planning, organizing work
  • Good communication skills (written and oral)
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications?
  • Ability to assess problems and solve them with a keen sense of urgency while thinking strategically and focusing on business growth
  • Creative/design skills?
  • Understanding of information security user risks
  • Experience with or education in adult learning/training
  • Experience with training development tools (e.g., Captivate, Articulate)

Job SummaryRock Central is looking for a driven and creative Associate Program Manager to assist with running the operational aspects of the Information Security Awareness & Communications program. The Associate Program Manager coordinates ongoing aspects of the program, including simulations (e.g., phishing), metrics collection and communications. The team's mission is to ensure that team members from across the Rock Family of Companies know how to act and feel responsible for protecting information assets. This team member is a great communicator, tactful facilitator, project leader and creative problem solver.

Responsibilities
  • Use external research and internal knowledge to create creative training solutions
  • Execute awareness simulations, including phishing and password guessing
  • Gather program metrics
  • Assign training & monitor compliance
  • Send/collect culture surveys
  • Provide input to security awareness training content
  • Design and create security awareness communications to reinforce training using various delivery methods (blog posts, direct email, digital signage, etc.)
