This position based in Detroit, MI.Position Description : Automation Technology: Cypress, Java Script, BDD Cucumber
Responsibilities1. Be a part of agile teams and responsible for testing and validation of micro services and Web based applications2. Design and development of end-to-end automated tests in Core Java, JS, Cypress to validate system functionality3. Develop automated component test to validate individual component behavior4. Provide automation expertise to project team and troubleshoot automation issues5. Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipeline6. Interact with users, business analysts application development teams to understand business technical requirements and design7. Contribute to overall automation framework design and enhancement Qualifications1. Minimum 8 years of experience in the software development/testing space2. 6 years of solid testing Experience including automation3. Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Rest Assured4. Experience with testing micro-services architectures5. Knowledge of major programming languages e.g., Java, JavaScript6. Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively, written and orally, to colleagues across diverse teams and geographies.7. Experience with version control, continuous integration, deployment, and configuration management tools in a DevOps environment.8. Experience with JIRA or other project management, issue-tracking or bug-tracking tools9. Ability to reason about performance, security, and process interactions in complex distributed systems.10. Knowledge of Behavior Driven tools like Cucumber or Serenity11. Prior experience with working on high availability, mission critical systems12. Independent and comfortable in a fast paced, ambiguous and often multi-directional work environment Education: B.S in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related area of study An excellent salary and bonus package is just the start with an Infostretch career.
