Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in computer science, information technology, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • ITIL Certification 4 (Foundation)
Preferred Qualifications ?
  • 3 years of experience in an information technology role
  • 3 years of experience working with IT service management concepts and Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
  • Proficiency in administration and management of IT service management tools (ServiceNow)
Job SummaryAs a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Analyst, you'll be responsible for the administration and maintenance of the CMDB. In this role, you'll work closely with engineers and the business to ensure correctness, completeness, and compliance of the CMDB.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and market continued participation in Configuration Management practices
  • Analyze Configuration Management data to create meaningful reports
  • Proactively analyze the data in the CMDB for correctness, completeness, and compliance
  • Collaborate with Service Owners to address gaps in CMDB data
  • Collaborate with process experts to ensure CMDB data is creating value for the business
  • Aid in the detection and prevention of unauthorized changes
  • Perform continuous service improvement activities
  • Coordinate, identify and translate process requirements
