Job SummaryThe Digital Product Marketing Test Strategist helps advance the first, most extensive and successful digital mortgage experience on the planet. This team member pioneers new optimization strategies to monetize the company without compromising the user experience. They change the old, antiquated, slow and frustrating home lending experience forever.

The Digital Product Marketing Test Strategist is the tactical driver of the company product and helps us perfect the customer experience through optimization. They are a data-driven creative thinker who will look at our entire customer life cycle and develop experimentation plans to optimize every step of the journey.

This team member's day defines problems based on existing data and assists in setting up experiments, running them and reporting on the success of each one and how it relates to the broader product strategy. This team member must be prepared to make decisions with imperfect information, lead without authority, and be comfortable managing chaos, ambiguity and complexity. They immerse themselves in our entire client-driven experience and become a subject matter expert

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute digital product marketing experiments to pioneer new strategies
  • Drive massive product adoption and increased closed loan production without compromising user experience
  • Define and drive a product testing and optimization road map based on strategy and goals for the client-driven experience
  • Test and optimize plans that balance monetization and the client experience
  • Analyze data to identify areas of opportunity and create strategic approaches designed to meet our goals
  • Obtain a deep understanding of our client types and their online behavior to find new opportunities and improve their experience with the company
  • Utilize first and third-party metrics as well as user research to drive priorities and decisions
  • Strategize closely with our Product team to leverage existing and new features
  • Collaborate with the Product Strategy senior leadership team to ensure the completion of the company's short and long-term goals
