The Change Team will be critical to the successful development, deployment and adoption of the technology ecosystem that underpins the transformation of these digitized end-to end processes. The team will operate at the intersection between Leadership, Product Leads and our Recruiters; helping shape the transformation story and experience through the development and delivery of a communications, training content, and a Global Change Network. The RoleYou’ll work closely with the Change Lead and Product Leads to design, build and deliver a powerful E2E learning solution that helps empower our recruiting organization. You’ll help bring together several different products (E.g., Workday, Beamery, HiredScore) to create a single E2E training experience for our recruiting organization which focuses on experience and the user. As the ecosystem evolves, you’ll ensure that impacts and changes are captured within training materials. Typical ResponsibilitiesDefine the E2E training approach across the Enabled Enterprise ecosystem of recruiting technologies.

Ensure alignment with Comms, Change Network, and Product Leads on training approaches and content

Provide best practice input on training tools and course design/development, engaging with Recruiting CoE to align on learning strategy.

Work with product leads to develop a blended, E2E training plan and curriculum per role.

Oversee training developers to ensure training development according to training plans

Facilitate SME training review through product leads and incorporation of feedback to finalized training materials

Determine training evaluation, assessment, certification, and tracking approaches

Define and execute live and virtual TTT logistics (if necessary)

Hand off and track training localization, translation, logistics, and execution through the Change Network.

Upload training materials to global LMS/ central repository as needed

Determine and define strategy for ongoing maintenance of training assets.

Mitigate and escalate training issues or risks

Location: Remote role, therefore work location is flexible

Basic Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams in a highly matrixed organization

Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts or equivalent relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:Experience of designing, developing and delivering training programmes, globally.

Understanding of the Accenture Learning ecosystem and delivery model.

Professional Skills:Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically.

Great organizational, project, and time management skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.

Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
