Job SummaryHuman Resource Information Systems (HRIS) are the databases, software and computer systems that companies use to maintain their human resources information: payroll, time off, employee records, benefits and more. The HRIS Analyst is responsible for overall system performance and maintenance, including ensuring information security, testing updates and improving process efficiency.?Responsibilities
  • Function as a company expert on technical matters regarding HR systems' functionality
  • Serve as a liaison with HR systems vendors
  • Provide internal technical support to ensure the adequate functioning of the HR systems and interfaces and serve as the initial contact for troubleshooting system errors?
  • Monitor system outages, communicate with impacted business areas and coordinate with software vendors and other business areas
  • Monitor and manage system updates, maintenance and upgrades and communicate with impacted business areas
