This individual will join a team responsible for managing the organizations custom engineering and devops resposibilities around partner integration, programmatic integrations and architecture. Supporting media operations, retailer operations, sales finance, media and ad insights & analytics. - Provide technical standards and guidance to Product Delivery Teams
- Participate in design reviews, providing feedback and guidance
- Attend and / or facilitate meetings with core project team members, key stakeholders and corporate leadership team members providing technology expertise and advice
- Educate and implement latest relevant technology architecture, methods, tools and techniques
- Be able to distill complex concepts and content into straightforward, digestible information that teams can understand and action
- Provide mentoring for Engineers of all levels
- Define and ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot the most complex and highly impactful issues
- Set expectations and provide guidance through all phases of the SDLC
- Work with the delivery teams in planning, prioritizing, estimating, and executing assigned tasks
- Develop partnerships with 3rd party technology providers, business, technology, operations, and technology agile delivery teams to drive successful execution
- As required, support product teams with hands-on development in the appropriate tools and languages (NodeJs, AWS, Mongodb).
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 7 years of experience
