- Licensed/certified pharmacy technician needed for Medication Therapy Management call center.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Pharmacy technician state licensure and/or PTCB certification required.
- Must have excellent phone skills and be able to perform well in a work from home environment.
- Must be able to meet weekly Medication Therapy Management outbound member call quotas.
- Must be comfortable with technology, and able to engage members on a cold call to transfer them to a pharmacist for a medication review.
