Job Description

We are looking to hire a Product Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As the Product Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing day-to-date marketing and administrative support for the Campaign Management Team. Help the team determining the most marketable features of products and then building marketing campaigns focusing on these features that drive revenue growth, article submissions, customer retention, and usage growth. The successful candidate should be detail-oriented with good verbal and written communication skills, have excellent computer skills, and a positive attitude.

Salary range: $38000 - $45000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the product launches and experiments in your team, interacting with the product management, engineering, data science, user experience, and operations to ensure a smooth implementation.
  • Own product positioning and message development for marketing tools, articulating the value of the proposition of the new product feature to boost awareness and adoption.
  • Work to best represent the product, collecting feedback from our user group on existing tools and processes and leveraging knowledge to influence future road maps and daily product development.
  • Promote the transfer of explicit knowledge to Operations to ensure the understanding and adoption of new product updates.
  • Defend and embody the culture, mission, and values ​​of the company.
  • Ensure that all service standards are met
  • Monitor productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Previous related experience (preferably in an agency setting) is an asset.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Strong copywriting skills and correct English usage, spelling, grammar, punctuation and vocabulary.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented attitude and able to excel with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to organize, multi‐task, work independently on several projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to learn new platforms.
