Job SummaryThe Product Owner Team Leader of the Product Owner Train leads a team responsible for supporting the Rocket Pro TPO channel leveraging our Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the team on performance, production and day-to-day tasks
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional leadership team to establish and execute the strategic direction and performance of the Agile Release Train
  • Owns the feature backlog for the Third-Party Origination Salesforce Agile Release Train
  • Ensure continuous and accurate communication of feature commitments, target dates, and any changes, from conceptualization through delivery and iteration
  • Communicate and embody the culture and mission of the company
  • Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with teams of focus
  • Verify application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented
  • Recommend product and information technology strategies, policies and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends and anticipating requirements
  • Accomplish results by communicating job expectations and planning, monitoring and appraising job results
  • Maintain the team by recruiting, selecting, training and overseeing team members
