Job Description
This role will report to the Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition for Americas Engineering and Product Management. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on/coaching manager that willlead and develop a dispersed teamto create processesthat drive technical sourcing strategy and consistent pipeline generation.
Responsibilities/What You’ll Do
- Build, develop and coach a sourcing team
- Manage and influence relationships with various client teams to ensure overallTA objectives are met
- Source/Screen top talent and present to Hiring Managers facilitating end to end interview experience
- Create and manage sourcing strategies to identify key talent and provide market insights
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with hiring managers& TA teams to understand their unique hiring needs and goals, and bring in candidates accordingly
- Measure channel effectiveness and throughput fromsocial media strategies
- Provide recommendations and drive actions based on sourcing metrics and talent insights
- Leverage recruiting data/KPIs to assess candidate pipeline health and team productivity to build accountability of results in Talent Acquisition and with hiring managers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field or a combination of education and equivalent work experience required
- 8+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment (ideally with Enterprise SAAS company and/or Network Architecture company)
- 3+ years experience directly managing recruiting professionals in a corporate setting andpreferably a team of technical sourcers.
- Experience leading/managing a team in regional/global recruitment sourcing
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of recruitment sourcing methodologies, sourcing processes, and deliverables.
- Experienced with both reactive and pro-active sourcing and providing talent market insights. Experience with LinkedIn Talent Insights is ideal
- Familiarity with the sourcing channels,including diversity channels
- Demonstrated personal accountability and ability to build strong, productive relationships across the business
- Self-driven and highly motivated, with a true sense of ownership from start to finish
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally between the business and the internal staffing team
- Experience and eagerness to leverage data to make decisions
- Ability to identify and interpret patterns from a blend of qualitative and quantitative
