- SAP Utilities Expert with Billing, Invoicing knowledge for a Mid-West Utilities Project to support existing Production Support Project.
- Good Understanding of Meter to Cash process, Troubleshooting of batch programs In case of Production issues
- Good knowledge on Billing rates, Collective invoicing, Payment plans, Mass Invoicing, Assess Workflow & MRU Portions.
- Ability to provide solution to business team.
- Guide and drive the team towards issue resolution in ISU area.
- Good Understanding of Meter to Cash process
- Troubleshooting of batch programs In case of Production issues
- Good knowledge on Billing rates, Collective invoicing, Payment plans, Mass Invoicing, Assess Workflow & MRU Portions.
- Ability to provide solution to business team.
- Guide and drive the team towards issue resolution in Billing area.
