Scrum Master- Detroit, MI- 12 months Contract Perform coaching, training and guidance to newly formed Agile project teams (and extended team stakeholders) who may have little to no Agile experience. Additional engagement responsibilities will be to utilize ideas out of project retrospectives to support process improvement initiatives.

Must Have: Minimum of 3 years experience using ScrumMinimum 2 years experience as either Scrum Master or Product OwnerCSM/CSP or preferred (certified scrum master and certified scrum professional)

Certifications:Agile Scrum Master and /or Agile Coach certifiedScrum Alliance recognition of the certifications also required

Required Experience:Must have knowledge of the Standard Agile Ceremonies: Release Planning, Grooming, Pre Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Post Stand Up, Sprint Design Session, Demo, Retrospective, CelebrationMust have knowledge of the Standard Agile Reporting: team performance which may include: Roadmap, Release Plan, Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, sprint goal, Task board, team norms, impediments, team calendarExperience Conducting Agile Overview Training to all stakeholders impactedExperience coaching/mentoring support during project specific evaluations and roadmap execution activities beginning with the initial walk through of the set up and execution of initial Sprints/iterationsExperience in provide oversight, guidance, and feedback for ongoing execution of sprints/iterations upon establishment and in alignment with high-level Agile/Scrum roadmapMust be able to provide continuous process improvement from project retrospectives and refine elementsExperience validating criteria for project selection, identifying success metrics that should be tracked relative to each project,
