Senior Solutions Executive with B2B solution selling experience in custom software, data, and cloud solutions to join our Insight, Digital Innovation team in Detroit. Through your background selling in software and technology solutions, you will help clients understand our full services and offerings and how we partner with clients to make the impossible, possible. You'll collaborate with a full-time team of technical experts to deliver some of the most innovated solutions based around the most cutting edge technology in the industry. You will act as the primary point-of-contact for your client base, and are responsible for growing revenue and profitability within your book-of-business. In addition to a strong base pay, you'll have the opportunity to make uncapped commissions and be rewarded with some of the most competitive compensation plans in the industry.

What you'll do at Insight:
  • Be the Solution - You'll develop innovative and proactive client solutions quickly that are perfect for their business model alongside a team a technical experts
  • Be an Expert - You'll be able to present and sell the latest technology from a Fortune 500 company. You're the first person your clients will call with technology needs
  • Build Relationships - You'll build meaningful relationships with your teammates and valued partners of Insight so you quickly become their trusted advisor.

What you'll need to join Digital Innovation | A Division of Insight:
  • 8+ years of IT sales or software solution business development experience
  • Demonstrated achievement of meeting and exceeding goals
  • Ability to build strong, collaborative customer relationships with line-of-business and technical roles
  • Experience navigating customers through sales negotiations and/or comprehensive presentations
  • Understanding of solution selling techniques and selling cloud based solutions
  • Have passionate attitude toward sales and technology as an enabler for a company's growth
  • Microsoft and/or other software solution sales experience highly desired

Compensation is determined by fair market value: $125,000 to $150,000 base pay plus a significant bonus program with uncapped potential (OTE $250K - $300K). Candidates outside of this provided compensation range will be considered.
