Location: Detroit Michigan Area Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time (FTE) Shift: First, M-F, On-Call 1 week per month Category: Information Technology

We have a need for a Systems Administrator with experience to provide operational support for our key Michigan customers in the Detroit area that ideally has a solid blend between administrative and strong technical skills. You will be required to provide technical expertise within a team atmosphere and provide input as needed to the customer within a dynamic fast paced environment. This position will be required to fulfill on-call support duties on a rotating basis. Position Requirements: The candidate must have mid-level experience (2 to 5 years) and some of the below Industry Certifications and hands-on experience:

Microsoft Patching
Microsoft Server 2012/2016/2019 administration experience
VMWare vSphere 6.x/7 Administration experience is preferred
Dell Compellent SAN administration and support
Microsoft Identity Management/AD/A Administration
Microsoft SCCM familiarity
Microsoft Office365 Administration
Veeam Backup and Replication monitoring and administration
Hardware Troubleshooting/Problem Management experience with Servers/Storage - Dell preferred.
Troubleshooting IP Network issues and some familiarity with Cisco Switching and Routing as well as WLAN support.
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of the following industry or manufacturer certifications;
- CompTIA Server +
- CompTIA Network +
- CompTIA Security +
- Microsoft MCSA or similar is preferred
- Microsoft O365 Certification
