DMInc.com | Careers | Twitter | LinkedIn | Facebook About the Opportunity DMI is looking for a UI Designer Duties and Responsibilities: Client Role Overview: As a UX Design Consultant, you will devise and execute user experience strategies in sync with user goals and clients' business goals. In part, these strategies will include evangelizing user experience best practices, and advocating for the needs and goals of real users. You will make tactical UX decisions related to design and usability as well as features and functions. Team Role Overview: As a more senior member of the team, you are expected to mentor more junior team members. Lead UX Design Consultants are expected to contribute meaningfully to the growth and advancement of the Experience Team, including delivering group training sessions in addition to individual mentorship. You will be able to design and facilitate presentations and workshops that drive toward project and team goals. Qualifications Education and Years of Experience:- The Lead UX Design Consultant role requires high UX consulting proficiency, reflecting at least 5-7 years of industry experience. As such, you are expected to be highly proficient in advanced usability methodologies and best practices.
