About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer who is passionate about user experiences and can contribute at diversity of projects and team setups for automotive and mobility clients. As a UX/UI Designer, you will help the design teams with research, developing information architecture, creating impactful experience concepts, and designing layouts and interactions.

You will be expected to evaluate solutions holistically, identify and remove obstacles, and help drive innovation. You have a clear understanding of the intersection between visual and motion design and can contribute valuable ideas as we move from exploration to production. As our work is interdisciplinary and always evolving, a UX/UI Designer is expected to stay up to date with the latest software skills, methodologies, and trends within the automotive industry.

You have experience working in an interdisciplinary team of designers and can help harmonize different components of a project or idea! Through your leadership and passion for design, you will help us create a culture of collaboration, communication, and excellence in design.

Being able to think strategically on behalf of the UXD Department at Luxoft and always keeping the big picture in mind is key!

You will have the possibility to grow and work on our thought leadership with support of development of our got to market initiative for US and managing the further development of our UXD Design portfolio according to our US client needs.

- Design and validate new experiences via navigation concepts, key screen layouts, interactions, mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX collateral that can be clearly conveyed to others

- Quickly create and confidently present UX concept prototypes

- Collaborate with cross-functional user interface and motion design team to align requirements and implement your work

- Create compelling and insightful reports for research studies and use storytelling techniques to present insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders

- Work closely with designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to plan and prioritize research activities and turn user insights into product requirements. Communicate to internal and external teams the context, reason, rationale behind your work

- Ensure documentation and deliverables conform to the company and clients' specification and be an engaged participant in client facing meetings

- Continuously learn and develop your skills as they pertain to UX/UI design and prototyping and work across the company to continually improve the level of research and best practices

- You will perform independently in international projects as project lead as well as client manager in close cooperation with new and established clients, such as Daimler, BMW, Toyota, Harley Davidson, GWM, Mandatory Skills Description:- Degree in UI Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, or comparable vocational training

- At least 6+ years' experience working in UX/UI design at an international agency or in house design department at the automotive and mobility sector

- Good sense of UX design principles, UI design, usability, standards, UX terminology

- Exceptional creativity and a particular feeling for extraordinary UX/UI

- Experience as project lead

- High self-motivation

- Solid software skills (Sketch, Adobe CC Suite, Keynote, Microsoft Office, prototyping tools) Nice-to-Have Skills: - Independent and cooperative working style within the team

- Strong ability to present design ideas and results internally and externally with customer.

- A passion for creating products that resonate emotionally with people.

- Interested in the latest topics in interfaces, technological innovations, product advancements and automotive innovations
