We’re looking for a personable, hands-on leader who can guide a team of technicians, maintain high repair standards, and keep a shop running smoothly. If you have years of experience, thrive in a leadership role, and still love turning wrenches, this is your opportunity.
At our automotive repair shops, you’ll enjoy the stability of a shop that services consumer cars, trucks, and fleet vehicles — including Amazon fleet vehicles— year-round. You’ll work with forward-thinking owners, supportive management, and service advisors who respect your time and skills.
What We Offer:
Base Pay + Commission: Base starts at $21.25/hr. Commission up to 15% of our hourly labor rate based on experience, certifications, and productivity.
Leadership Role: You’ll set the pace, mentor junior techs, and help shape shop processes.
Flexible Schedule: 4×10 shifts available — 3 days off weekly.
Tool Allowance: Annual stipend, unused balance paid as a bonus at year-end.

Who We’re Looking For:
7–15+ years professional technician/mechanic experience.
Strong leadership skills — able to mentor and manage other technicians.
State certifications required.
Master-level diagnostic, repair, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with fleet service is a plus.
Own tools and keep them in excellent working order.
Comfortable using advanced scan tools and shop management software (TekMetric experience a plus).
