About the Job:
As a Ground Crew Member, you’ll assist our climbers with tree removal and cleanup.
Responsibilities include:
-Setting up the job site
-Dragging brush and feeding it through the chipper
-Raking and blowing debris after tree removal
-You won’t be doing all of these tasks alone—we work as a team, and we have loaders to assist with heavy lifting. However, this is still a physically demanding job.
What We’re Looking For:
1-2 years of experience preferred (not required, but top pay for experienced candidates)
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Chauffeur or CDL license & ability to drive manual transmission (a huge plus!)
Ability to lift heavy objects throughout the day
Clean and professional appearance
Motivated, team player with a strong work ethic
Career-minded individuals – we offer training for those interested in becoming climbers!
Availability to work Monday–Saturday, 7 AM–4 PM (Overtime pay on Saturdays)
