Helper/ labor on a windows crew

Looking for someone to help on a window crew, removing old windows, be able to cut some basic trim, need to know how to use power tools , looking for someone who has a little experience with the tasks listed above, must have reliable transportation, we work all over SE Michigan,, work 5 days a week , pay is on Friday and it's a week behind and its a sliding scale, the more you know and more you can do the more you can make, starting position pay is 175 / 200 a day
