50 unit apartment complex looking for a maintenance guy to start immediately. Two days per week (tuesday and Thursday) to start but possibly more. Great opportunity for someone that is off for the summer.or someone just looking for two days a week.
Job would include general maintenance of the grounds, keeping it clean, lawn cutting, light painting etc.
Salary would have to do with experience and wat skills you have, but a fair wage even if very little experience. Could become full time job as well.
Must be drug/criminal free and have own transportation or ability to get to work on time.
